What we take care of

Built around business downtime, not convenience

When a retail counter's receipt printer dies at 9am, or the copier jams the morning a tender is due, the cost is not the repair — it is the hour of staff time and the customer who walked out. Our office equipment service is built around fast response and clear communication: you know when we will arrive, what we found, and what it will cost before we start.

We work with small offices, retail stores, cafés, clinics, trades businesses, schools and community organisations across New Zealand. Most jobs are handled onsite; where a workshop repair is needed we can supply a loan unit for common equipment types.

Printers and copiers

Persistent paper jams are rarely 'bad paper'. They are usually worn pickup rollers, a separation pad past its life, or a debris build-up in the paper path. Streaks and ghosting point to the drum unit or the fuser. Faded output that toner shaking doesn't fix usually means a laser scanner window in need of cleaning or a failing transfer roller.

We service and repair laser and inkjet printers, multifunction copiers and wide-format devices, including consumable replacement, calibration, network reconfiguration and driver problems that stop half the office printing after an update.

Point of sale and retail hardware

We repair and reconfigure POS terminals, thermal receipt printers, barcode scanners, label printers, cash drawers and customer displays. A surprising share of 'broken' POS hardware is actually a network or power problem — a cheap USB hub, a flaky switch port, or a printer that lost its static IP after a router change. We check the whole chain rather than swapping boxes and hoping.

Preventative maintenance keeps you out of trouble

For businesses running several devices, a scheduled maintenance plan is cheaper than emergency callouts. A typical plan covers quarterly cleaning and roller inspection, firmware updates, consumable level checks with reorder advice, network and driver verification, and a written asset report so you know which devices are near end of life and can budget for replacement.

Everything comes with a GST tax invoice suitable for your accounts, and we can quote per-device or per-site depending on how you'd like it structured.
