Flat-pack assembly looks simple until you're three hours in, one panel is backwards, and the cam locks are stripped. Our technicians assemble equipment and furniture daily, so a job that eats your whole Saturday takes us a fraction of the time — and it comes out square, level and stable.
We cover everything from home office desks, wardrobes, shelving and outdoor furniture through to gym equipment, workshop benches, hospitality gear and light commercial machinery. Packaging goes with us, so you're not left with a garage full of cardboard.
Installation that accounts for the building
Getting equipment installed well is mostly about what it is fixed to. New Zealand homes are a mix of timber framing, plasterboard, brick veneer, concrete block and Gib over batten, and each needs a different fixing. We locate studs and services properly, choose the right anchor for the substrate and the load, and torque fixings correctly rather than over-tightening into crumbling board.
That is especially important for anything heavy or tall. Anti-tip anchoring on tall furniture is not optional in a household with kids, and in a seismically active country restraint straps on shelving and appliances are simple insurance.
Testing before we leave
Nothing gets signed off until it has been tested under real conditions. Furniture is checked for wobble, rack and drawer alignment. Appliances are levelled, connected, run through a full cycle and checked for leaks. Mounted displays are levelled, cable-managed and tested with the sources you actually use. Machinery is run up, checked for vibration and noise, and handed over with a quick walkthrough so you know how it works.
Ongoing repair and maintenance
We don't only build it — we maintain it. Fixings loosen, hinges drop, casters seize and adjustable feet drift out of level over time. A quick maintenance visit re-torques, re-levels, lubricates and replaces worn hardware before something fails.
